Holy Trinity Church has a choral tradition dating back more than a century. At its height in the 1970s, under Choir Master Bernard Porter, it numbered nearly 50 members. Today our choir is smaller but equally enthusiastic about maintaining ancient and traditional church music as well as trying out modern compositions by current Choir Master, Andrew Thom.
We lead the singing at the Eucharist every Sunday and at Evensong on the first Sunday of the month. We also sing Matins once a month on the second Sunday.
Rehearsals are held on Thursdays at 7.30pm. New members are always welcome – you don’t have to be able to read music just have a love of singing!
